Job Description - Contact Center Manager - Remote Work

Job Description:


ABB Sweden is seeking a Contact Center Manager to join our team on a remote basis. As a Contact Center Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our contact center, ensuring that all customer inquiries are handled efficiently and effectively. This is a part-time position with a mid-to-senior level of seniority, requiring a minimum of 7 years of experience in a similar role.


Responsibilities: - Manage and lead a team of contact center agents, providing guidance and support as needed - Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention - Monitor key performance indicators and metrics to ensure targets are met - Analyze data and trends to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions - Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience - Conduct regular training and coaching sessions to enhance team performance - Handle escalations and resolve customer complaints in a timely manner - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in contact center management


Requirements: - 7+ years of experience in contact center management - Strong leadership and communication skills - Driven and dedicated personality traits - Excellent cooperation and analytical skills - Ability to work independently and in a team environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and contact center software - Bachelor's degree in business or a related field (preferred) - Knowledge of contact center best practices and customer service principles
