Job Description - Contact Center Officer - Remote Work

Job Description:


Lifesum, a leading health and wellness company based in Stockholm, is seeking a Contact Center Officer to join their team on a part-time, remote basis. This entry-level position is perfect for individuals who are resilient, hardworking, and have a passion for promoting health and wellness. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in a customer service or contact center role.


Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Provide accurate information about Lifesum products and services - Assist customers with account management, troubleshooting, and technical support - Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team members for resolution - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent communication and problem-solving skills - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve the overall customer experience - Stay up-to-date on Lifesum's products, services, and industry trends


Requirements: - 1+ year of experience in a customer service or contact center role - Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail - Proficiency in using customer service software and tools - Ability to work remotely and maintain a high level of productivity - Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
