Job Description - Contact Center Specialist - Remote Work

Job Description:


Tink is seeking a Contact Center Specialist to join our team in a remote work capacity. As a Contact Center Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience for all customers. This role requires a high level of professionalism, communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a virtual setting.


Responsibilities: - Manage inbound and outbound customer inquiries through phone, email, and chat channels - Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding products, services, and policies - Resolve customer concerns and issues in a timely and effective manner - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through strong communication and problem-solving skills - Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Meet and exceed performance metrics and goals set by the company


Requirements: - 4 years of experience in a customer service or contact center role - Reliable and resilient personality traits - Excellent emotional intelligence and negotiation skills - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work independently and in a virtual environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management software - High school diploma or equivalent
