Job Description - Contact Center Specialist - Remote Work

Job Description:


QlikTech International is currently seeking a Contact Center Specialist to join our team for remote work in Göteborg, Västra Götalands Län, SE. This is a part-time position at the Associate Level with a minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role.


Responsibilities: - Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional and courteous manner - Respond to customer inquiries and provide prompt and accurate information - Assist customers with product support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving skills - Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Maintain accurate and detailed records of all customer interactions - Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times


Requirements: - Reliable and hardworking individual with strong communication skills - Previous experience in a contact center or customer service role is required - Ability to make quick and effective decisions under pressure - Demonstrated emotional intelligence and ability to empathize with customers - Proficiency in using CRM software and other contact center tools - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Fluent in English and Swedish is a plus
