Customer Care Officer - Remote Work

Job Description:

Acne Studios is seeking a part-time Customer Care Officer to join our team in a remote work position. As an Entry Level position, no prior experience is required, making this an ideal opportunity for individuals looking to kickstart their career in customer care. The successful candidate will possess a dedicated and resourceful personality, with strong negotiation and people management skills.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer concerns and resolving issues to ensure customer satisfaction - Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently - Maintain customer records and documentation up to date - Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex customer issues - Assist with special projects and initiatives as needed - Uphold Acne Studios' brand image and values in all customer interactions

Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Excellent problem-solving abilities - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficiency in using customer service software and tools - Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends - Experience with CRM systems is a plus
