Customer Care Representative - Remote Work

Teenage Engineering, an innovative company based in Sollentuna, Stockholms Län, SE, is seeking a motivated and resilient Customer Care Representative to join our team on a part-time basis. This position will be remote, offering the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home.

Responsibilities: - Handling customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Providing excellent customer service by addressing and resolving customer issues and concerns - Maintaining a high level of product knowledge to effectively assist customers with questions and concerns - Escalating complex issues to the appropriate team members or departments for resolution - Collaborating with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Continuously seeking opportunities to improve the customer care process and experience

Requirements: - 3 years of experience in a customer service or customer care role - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Strong critical thinking skills and the ability to problem-solve effectively - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and customer service software - High school diploma or equivalent required

Personality Traits: - Motivated to provide excellent customer service and exceed customer expectations - Resilient in handling challenging or difficult situations with professionalism

Soft Skills: - Critical thinking to assess and resolve customer issues effectively - Cooperation to work collaboratively with team members and other departments
