Job Description - Customer Care Representative - Remote Work

Job Description:


Saab Group is seeking a dedicated and motivated Customer Care Representative to join our team on a part-time basis. This is a remote work position, based in Malmö, Skåne Län, SE. As a Customer Care Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.


Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner. 2. Assist customers with product information, ordering, returns, and other inquiries. 3. Process orders and ensure accurate and timely delivery to customers. 4. Handle customer complaints and provide solutions to ensure customer satisfaction. 5. Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience. 6. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 7. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers. 8. Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to overall team success.


Requirements: 1. 2 years of experience in a customer service or related role. 2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 3. Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment. 4. Creativity in problem-solving and finding innovative solutions. 5. Strong time management skills and attention to detail. 6. Experience working remotely and using remote communication tools. 7. High school diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor's degree preferred.
