Job Description:
H&M is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Assistant to join our team remotely in Malmö, Skåne Län, SE. As a Customer Service Assistant, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients, resolving their inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner. This is a part-time, entry-level position with no prior experience required.
Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Resolve customer issues and complaints effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction - Provide product information and recommendations to customers - Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately in our system - Assist customers with tracking shipments and delivery information - Collaborate with other team members to improve customer service processes and procedures - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies
Requirements: - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills - Resilient and resourceful in handling challenging customer situations - Ability to plan and prioritize tasks effectively - Critical thinking skills to problem-solve and resolve customer issues - Proficient in using technology and navigating computer systems - High school diploma or equivalent
