Job Description:
We are looking for a dedicated and driven Customer Service Assistant to join our team at Starbreeze Studios. This is a remote work opportunity, so you can work from the comfort of your own home. As a Customer Service Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support to our clients and ensuring their needs are met in a timely and professional manner.
Responsibilities: - Responding to customer inquiries via email, phone, and chat - Resolving customer issues and addressing any concerns they may have - Providing product information and assisting customers with their purchases - Processing returns and exchanges - Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions - Collaborating with other team members to improve customer service processes - Identifying opportunities to upsell products or services to customers - Keeping up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends
Requirements: - 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong teamwork and collaboration abilities - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software - High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
