Customer Service Associate - Remote Work

Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Associate for remote work at Shopify in Göteborg, Västra Götalands Län, Sweden. As a part-time entry-level position with a minimum of 1 year of experience, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and troubleshoot any issues they may have with our products or services - Assist customers with placing orders, processing returns, and tracking shipments - Provide product recommendations and information to help customers make informed purchasing decisions - Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues to the appropriate department when necessary - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience

Requirements: - Resourceful and resilient personality traits - Strong negotiation and leadership skills - Excellent verbal and written communication abilities in both English and Swedish - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Proficient in using customer service software and systems - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changes quickly
