Job Description - Customer Service Manager - Remote Work

Job Description:


Skanska is seeking a talented and experienced Customer Service Manager to join our team on a remote part-time basis. As a Customer Service Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of customer service operations and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. This role requires a high level of adaptability and resilience, as well as strong soft skills in innovation and research.


Responsibilities: - Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures - Oversee a team of customer service representatives and provide ongoing training and support - Monitor customer service metrics and develop strategies to improve customer satisfaction - Handle escalated customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience - Conduct market research and stay up-to-date on industry trends to identify opportunities for improvement - Build strong relationships with colleagues, clients, and partners - Represent the company at industry events and conferences


Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field - Minimum of 8 years of experience in customer service management - Strong communication and leadership skills - Proven track record of delivering high-quality customer service - Ability to work independently and in a remote environment - Adaptable and resilient personality traits - Innovative thinking and research skills
