The Customer Service Manager at Hilton will be responsible for leading a team of remote customer service representatives to ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction. This individual will be responsible for managing and resolving customer complaints, developing and implementing customer service policies and procedures, and analyzing customer feedback to improve the overall customer experience. The Customer Service Manager will also be responsible for training and mentoring customer service representatives, conducting performance evaluations, and identifying areas for improvement.
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field - 7 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Proven experience in a leadership or management role - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work remotely and manage a remote team effectively - Driven and dedicated personality traits - Strong time management and critical thinking skills - Experience with CRM systems and customer service software - Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and changing environment
