Job Description:

As a Customer Service Officer at Epidemic Sound, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, ensuring their needs are met in a timely and efficient manner. This position will be based remotely, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home.

Responsibilities: - Handling incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat - Resolving customer issues and complaints in a professional and courteous manner - Providing product information and assistance to customers - Processing orders, returns, and exchanges - Collaborating with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction - Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Following up with customers to ensure their issues have been resolved

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field - 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong problem-solving abilities - Resourceful and hardworking attitude - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Cooperation and people management skills
