Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and diligent Customer Service Officer to join our team at Ericsson, a leading telecommunications company. This position offers the flexibility of remote work in Uppsala, Uppsala Län, SE on a part-time basis. As an Entry Level Customer Service Officer, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients and ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services.
Responsibilities: 1. Responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner. 2. Providing product information and guidance to customers to assist them in making informed purchasing decisions. 3. Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 4. Collaborating with other team members to improve customer service processes and procedures. 5. Participating in training and development activities to enhance your customer service skills. 6. Demonstrating a high level of independence and drive in meeting and exceeding customer service goals. 7. Planning and organizing your workload effectively to ensure efficiency in handling customer inquiries. 8. Cooperating with colleagues and working collaboratively to achieve team objectives.
Requirements: 1. 1 year of experience in a customer service role is preferred. 2. Strong communication skills and the ability to empathize with customers' needs. 3. Excellent planning skills to prioritize and manage tasks effectively. 4. High level of cooperation and teamwork to work well with colleagues and contribute to a positive work environment. 5. Independent and self-motivated with the ability to work remotely with minimal supervision. 6. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is a plus.
