Job Description:
Thule Group, a leading outdoor and transportation products company, is seeking a passionate and motivated Customer Service Officer to join our team in a remote work position. The primary responsibility of the Customer Service Officer is to provide stellar customer support to our clients, ensuring an exceptional experience with our products and services.
Responsibilities: - Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Resolve customer complaints with empathy and efficiency, striving to exceed customer expectations - Provide product information, pricing, and availability to customers - Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently - Collaborate with other departments to address customer needs and concerns - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team members - Continuously improve customer service processes and procedures to enhance the overall customer experience
Requirements: - 1 year of customer service experience - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Excellent problem-solving abilities - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Persuasion and presentation skills - Passion for delivering exceptional customer service - Motivated to achieve results and meet customer satisfaction goals
