Job Description - Customer Service Officer - Remote Work

Job Description:


As a Customer Service Officer at Camfil, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients while working remotely from home. Your role will involve handling a range of customer inquiries and concerns through various communication channels such as phone, email, and live chat.


Responsibilities: 1. Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner. 2. Provide product information, pricing, and availability to customers. 3. Process orders and returns accurately and efficiently. 4. Assist customers with technical support and troubleshooting. 5. Maintain customer records and update account information as needed. 6. Collaborate with internal teams to address customer concerns and improve overall customer satisfaction. 7. Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products and services. 8. Meet and exceed individual and team performance targets.


Requirements: 1. 4 years of experience in a customer service role. 2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 3. Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote setting. 4. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically. 5. Motivated and reliable individual with a strong work ethic. 6. Negotiation skills to handle customer complaints or disputes effectively. 7. Proficiency in using customer service software and Microsoft Office suite. 8. High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
