Customer Service Officer - Remote Work

Skanska, a leading construction and development company, is seeking a part-time Customer Service Officer to join our team on a remote basis in Stockholm, Sweden. As a Customer Service Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

Responsibilities: - Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner - Maintaining a positive and empathetic attitude towards customers at all times - Providing product information to customers and assisting them with their needs - Processing orders, returns, and exchanges accurately - Communicating with customers via phone, email, and chat - Collaborating with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction - Monitoring customer feedback and escalating any issues to management as needed

Requirements: - 2 years of customer service experience - Independent and resourceful mindset - Strong negotiation and planning skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - High school diploma or equivalent
