Customer Success Assistant - Remote Work

Job Description:

As a Customer Success Assistant at Sinch, you will be responsible for ensuring the success and satisfaction of our customers. This remote role requires a high level of dedication and focus to deliver exceptional customer service and support.

Responsibilities: - Assisting customers with product inquiries, troubleshooting, and issue resolution via phone, email, or chat - Collaborating with the sales and technical teams to ensure customer needs are met - Proactively reaching out to customers to gather feedback and address any potential issues - Providing product demonstrations and training to customers as needed - Maintaining accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and feedback - Identifying trends or patterns in customer inquiries to improve processes and support strategies

Requirements: - A minimum of 4 years of experience in a customer-facing role - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment - Driven and resilient personality traits - Leadership and innovation in problem-solving - Proficiency in technology and ability to learn new systems quickly - Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
