Customer Success Assistant - Remote Work

Job Description:

Nudie Jeans is seeking a Customer Success Assistant to join our remote team. As a part-time role with opportunities for growth and development, this position is ideal for entry-level professionals looking to gain experience in the fashion industry.

Responsibilities: - Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, providing excellent customer service via phone, email, and live chat - Assist customers with inquiries, product information, order tracking, and issue resolution - Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to drive customer engagement and retention - Manage customer accounts and ensure accurate and up-to-date information - Provide feedback to the product development team based on customer needs and preferences - Assist with sales forecasting and inventory management

Requirements: - 1 year of customer service or sales experience - Resourceful and confident personality traits - Strong negotiation and presentation skills - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
