Job Description - Customer Success Associate - Remote Work

Job Description:


Securitas AB is seeking a talented and driven Customer Success Associate to join our team on a part-time, remote basis. As a Customer Success Associate, you will be responsible for ensuring the satisfaction and retention of our valued customers. This role is crucial in driving customer adoption, engagement, and success.


Responsibilities: - Onboard new customers and provide product training - Establish and maintain relationships with customers to ensure their needs are met - Act as a trusted advisor to customers, providing guidance on best practices and solutions - Monitor customer usage and proactively address any issues or concerns - Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer challenges in a timely manner - Conduct regular check-ins and QBRs to assess customer satisfaction and identify opportunities for improvement - Collect feedback from customers to help inform product development and enhancements


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field - 4 years of experience in customer success or account management - Strong communication and negotiation skills - Resilient and reliable personality traits - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment - Proficiency in CRM software and other customer success tools - Proven track record of meeting and exceeding customer retention and satisfaction goals
