Job Description - Customer Success Manager - Remote Work


Job Description:


Zound Industries is seeking a highly experienced and motivated Customer Success Manager to join our remote team based in Malmö, Skåne Län, SE. As a Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers to ensure their satisfaction and success with our products and services.


Responsibilities: - Serve as the main point of contact for key customer accounts, understanding their needs and providing solutions to help them achieve their goals. - Develop and implement customer success strategies to drive customer engagement and retention. - Work closely with the sales and product teams to ensure a seamless customer experience. - Proactively identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to increase customer value. - Gather customer feedback and provide insights to internal teams for product improvement. - Conduct regular check-ins and provide training and support to customers as needed. - Analyze customer data and metrics to track progress and identify areas for improvement. - Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices in customer success to drive innovation and continuous improvement.


Requirements: - 8+ years of experience in customer success or account management roles. - Strong interpersonal and communication skills. - Proven track record of building strong customer relationships and driving customer success. - Adaptable and resourceful with the ability to work independently in a remote setting. - Experience with presenting and delivering creative solutions to customers. - Proficiency in CRM software and other customer success tools. - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
