Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Customer Success Manager to join our team at Saab Group. This is a remote work position based in Sollentuna, Stockholms Län, SE. As a part-time role targeting individuals at the Mid-to-Senior Level with at least 6 years of experience, the ideal candidate will be energetic, passionate, possess strong problem-solving skills, and thrive in a cooperative work environment.
Responsibilities: - Manage a portfolio of key customer accounts, ensuring satisfaction and retention - Collaborate with sales, product, and support teams to deliver exceptional service to customers - Develop and maintain strong customer relationships, acting as a trusted advisor and advocate - Analyze customer data and feedback to identify trends and drive continuous improvement - Proactively address customer concerns and escalate issues as needed - Drive adoption of Saab Group products/services and ensure customers are maximizing value - Provide training and guidance to customers on product features and best practices - Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement customer success strategies - Monitor key performance indicators and report on customer success metrics
Requirements: - 6+ years of experience in customer success or account management - Proven track record of managing customer relationships and driving customer success - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and in a team environment - Experience working remotely and managing a diverse customer base - Proficiency with CRM software and customer success tools - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred) - Passion for technology and innovation
