Customer Success Officer - Remote Work

As a Customer Success Officer at Truecaller, you will be responsible for ensuring the success and satisfaction of our customers through remote work. This part-time position based in Uppsala, Uppsala Län, SE requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in a customer-facing role.

Responsibilities: - Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing solutions - Onboard new customers, ensuring they have a smooth and successful experience with our product - Proactively reach out to customers to gather feedback, address any issues, and drive customer success - Work closely with the sales and product teams to ensure customer needs are met and exceeded - Analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement - Provide training and support to customers as needed

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong time management and organizational skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Resourceful and adaptable in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
