Job Description - Customer Success Officer - Remote Work


Job Description:


We are seeking a passionate and adaptable Customer Success Officer to join our team at J.Lindeberg. As a remote worker based in Malmö, SE, you will be responsible for ensuring the success and satisfaction of our customers through strategic planning and effective decision-making. This part-time position is at the Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.


Responsibilities: - Develop and implement customer success strategies to drive retention and growth - Proactively engage with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve the overall customer experience - Monitor customer satisfaction metrics and identify areas for improvement - Provide product training and support to customers as needed - Serve as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries and escalations


Requirements: - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities - Experience in strategic planning and decision-making - Proven track record of driving customer success and retention - Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred
