Job Description:
Koenigsegg Automotive AB is seeking a part-time Customer Success Representative to join our remote team. We are a leading automotive company located in Sollentuna, Sweden, renowned for our high-performance sports cars and commitment to innovation. As a Customer Success Representative, you will be responsible for ensuring the satisfaction and success of our customers through exceptional service and support.
Responsibilities: 1. Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers to ensure their needs are met and issues are resolved promptly. 2. Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, providing timely and accurate responses via email and phone. 3. Collaborate with internal teams to address customer concerns and provide solutions that align with company policies and procedures. 4. Proactively reach out to customers to gather feedback, conduct surveys, and identify opportunities for improvement. 5. Assist with onboarding new customers, providing guidance on product features, usage, and best practices. 6. Monitor customer accounts, track progress, and identify potential upsell opportunities to maximize customer value. 7. Meet and exceed customer satisfaction metrics and KPIs to ensure a high level of service delivery. 8. Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activities, and product updates to better serve our customers.
Requirements: 1. 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a remote or virtual environment. 2. Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively. 3. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with strong negotiation abilities. 4. Demonstrated resilience, problem-solving skills, and a proactive approach to customer success. 5. High level of empathy, patience, and a genuine desire to help customers achieve their goals. 6. Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other tools to support customer management. 7. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
