Job Description - Customer Support Associate - Remote Work

Job Description:


As a Customer Support Associate at Tobii Technology, your main responsibility will be to provide exceptional remote customer support to our clients. You will be the first point of contact for customers seeking assistance with our products and services, ensuring that their inquiries are addressed promptly and effectively. Your role will involve troubleshooting technical issues, answering questions about our products, and providing guidance on how to use them correctly.


Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely manner - Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions to customers - Educate customers on how to use our products and services effectively - Document customer interactions and keep accurate records of all communication - Collaborate with other team members to resolve complex customer issues - Provide feedback to the product development team based on customer input - Meet and exceed performance metrics related to customer satisfaction and response times


Requirements: - 4+ years of experience in customer support or a related field - Reliable and hardworking individual who can work independently - Strong teamwork and time management skills - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Proficiency in using customer support software and tools - Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and provide clear instructions to customers - High school diploma or equivalent
