Customer Support Associate - Remote Work

We are looking for a motivated and adaptable Customer Support Associate to join our team at Wrapp. This is a remote work position based in Göteborg, Västra Götalands Län, SE. As an Entry Level position, no prior experience is required, but we are looking for individuals who are driven and adaptable.

Responsibilities: - Provide excellent customer service and support through various channels including phone, email, and chat - Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner - Assist customers with product information, troubleshooting, and general inquiries - Work closely with other departments to ensure customer needs are met - Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions - Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team members - Stay up-to-date on company products, services, and policies

Requirements: - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Excellent negotiation and presentation skills - Ability to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously - High school diploma or equivalent - Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite - High level of empathy and patience when dealing with customers - Ability to work independently and as part of a team
