Customer Support Manager - Remote Work

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Customer Support Manager to join our team at Klarna. As a remote work position based in Göteborg, Västra Götalands Län, SE, this part-time role offers the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home.

Responsibilities: - Manage a team of customer support representatives, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent service delivery - Oversee the resolution of customer issues and escalations, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction - Develop and implement strategies to improve customer support processes and procedures - Analyze customer feedback and data to identify trends and areas for improvement - Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and alignment on customer support initiatives - Lead training sessions for new hires and ongoing professional development for existing team members - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer support

Requirements: - 7+ years of experience in customer support or a related field - Energetic personality with a confident attitude - Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and other departments - Creativity in problem-solving and coming up with innovative solutions - Knowledge of customer support software and platforms - Bachelor's degree in business administration, communication, or a related field (preferred)
