Job Description: Skanska is seeking a part-time Customer Support Manager to join our team in Stockholm, SE. This is a remote work position for an individual with 6 years of experience at the mid-to-senior level. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for providing exceptional customer support and the resilience to handle difficult situations with ease.
Responsibilities: - Manage a team of customer support representatives to ensure all inquiries and issues are handled efficiently and effectively - Develop and implement training programs to improve the customer support team's skills and knowledge - Monitor customer satisfaction metrics and implement strategies to improve overall customer experience - Collaborate with other departments to address customer concerns and provide feedback on product improvements - Handle escalated customer complaints and ensure timely resolution - Analyze data and trends to identify areas for improvement in the customer support process
Requirements: - 6 years of experience in a customer support or related role - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines - Ability to work effectively in a remote team environment - Proven track record of building and leading high-performing customer support teams - Experience using customer support software and tools - Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining a positive attitude under pressure - Resilience to handle difficult customers and challenging situations - Teamwork skills to collaborate with colleagues and other departments effectively - Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
