Job Description - Customer Support Officer - Remote Work

Job Description:


Storytel is seeking a dynamic and passionate Customer Support Officer to join our team on a part-time, remote basis. As a Customer Support Officer, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our users via various communication channels, such as phone, email, and chat.


Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally - Provide technical support and troubleshoot any issues that customers may encounter - Ensure customer satisfaction by actively listening to their needs and concerns - Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues effectively - Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions - Identify and report trends in customer inquiries to improve overall service - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge to provide accurate information to customers


Requirements: - Energetic and passionate personality - Strong project management skills - Critical thinking ability to solve complex problems - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - 1 year of customer service experience preferred - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively - High school diploma or equivalent required - Fluent in English, additional languages a plus
