Customer Support Officer - Remote Work

Job Description:

Mentimeter, a leading interactive presentation software company, is seeking a highly motivated Customer Support Officer to join our team on a remote work basis. As a Customer Support Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, assisting them with any inquiries or issues they may have while using our platform.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, or phone in a timely and professional manner - Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues reported by customers - Assist customers with navigating the Mentimeter platform and using its features effectively - Escalate unresolved issues to the relevant departments for further investigation - Collaborate with the sales and product development teams to provide feedback on customer needs and preferences - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback

Requirements: - Resourceful and energetic individual with a passion for helping customers - Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet - Strong teamwork and communication skills - High school diploma or equivalent - Proficiency in English (additional languages are a plus) - Ability to work independently and remotely - No prior experience required, training will be provided
