QlikTech International is seeking a motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a part-time Customer Support Officer in a remote work capacity. As an Entry Level position, we are looking for candidates with at least 1 year of experience who are passionate, driven, skilled in strategic planning, and adept at problem-solving.
Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer support through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat - Troubleshoot and resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and efficient manner - Collaborate with internal teams to address complex customer problems and find solutions - Ensure customer satisfaction by maintaining a positive and helpful attitude during interactions - Document customer interactions and feedback to improve processes and services - Stay updated on product knowledge to effectively assist customers with their inquiries
Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred - Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer support or a related field - Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Flexible schedule to accommodate shifts as needed - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer support software - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
