Job Description - Customer Support Specialist - Remote Work

Job Description:


As a Customer Support Specialist at Quinyx, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers remotely. This part-time position will require you to assist customers with any inquiries they may have regarding our software products, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.


Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner - Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions to customers - Escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams for resolution - Ensure accurate and timely documentation of customer interactions - Collaborate with the product development team to provide feedback on customer needs and issues - Provide training and guidance to customers on how to use our software effectively


Requirements: - Minimum of 4 years of experience in customer support or a related field - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Dedicated and resilient personality traits - Excellent negotiation skills and attention to detail - Experience working remotely is a plus
