Job Description - Customer Support Specialist - Remote Work

Nyckel is seeking a dedicated and resilient Customer Support Specialist to join our team on a remote, part-time basis. As an Associate level position, we require a minimum of 4 years of experience in customer support roles.


Responsibilities: 1. Handle customer inquiries and provide timely and accurate responses via email, phone, or live chat. 2. Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and empathetic manner. 3. Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team members for resolution. 4. Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions. 5. Collaborate with other team members to improve overall customer experience. 6. Continuously monitor and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.


Requirements: 1. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 2. Ability to adapt to different customer personalities and situations. 3. Critical thinking skills to assess and resolve complex customer issues. 4. Proven track record of exceeding customer expectations. 5. Proficiency in using customer support software and CRM systems. 6. High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
