Live Chat Assistant - Remote Work

Job Description:

We are looking for a resourceful and hardworking Live Chat Assistant to join our team at IKEA. This is a remote part-time position based in Sollentuna, Stockholms Län, SE. As a Live Chat Assistant, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service through our online chat platform.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and provide support via live chat. 2. Assist customers with product information, orders, returns, and general inquiries. 3. Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate when necessary. 4. Assist in resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner. 5. Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction. 6. Provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers.

Requirements: 1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 3. Strong negotiation and analysis skills. 4. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. 5. Comfortable working remotely and independently. 6. Proficient in using live chat platforms and other customer service tools. 7. Must be detail-oriented and have a strong attention to accuracy.
