Job Description:

As a Live Chat Associate at Tobii Technology, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through online chat support. This remote position offers flexibility and the opportunity to work from the comfort of your own home.

Responsibilities: - Engage with customers through live chat to assist with inquiries, troubleshoot technical issues, and provide product information - Use strategic planning to handle multiple chats simultaneously while maintaining a high level of service - Document customer interactions and provide accurate and timely responses - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve complex issues - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers

Requirements: - Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently - Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment - Excellent time management skills to prioritize and handle multiple tasks - Basic computer skills and proficiency with online chat platforms - A friendly and customer-focused attitude - High school diploma or equivalent
