J.Lindeberg, a leading fashion brand, is seeking a motivated Live Chat Officer to join our team on a remote, part-time basis. As a Live Chat Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through online chat support. This role requires a confident and resilient individual with excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide solutions via live chat - Assist customers with orders, product information, and general inquiries - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Leverage data to inform decisions and drive strategic initiatives - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and adhere to company policies and procedures

Requirements: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team - Confident and resilient personality traits - Proficiency in online chat systems and customer service software - Ability to work remotely and independently with minimal supervision
