Live Chat Officer - Remote Work

Job Description:

We are looking for a passionate and independent Live Chat Officer to join our team at Kivra. This is a remote work opportunity based in Uppsala, Sweden. As a part-time Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and provide support via live chat in a timely and professional manner. 2. Assist customers with product information, troubleshooting, and order processing. 3. Manage incoming chat queues and prioritize customer issues based on urgency. 4. Collaborate with internal departments to resolve customer concerns and escalate issues when necessary. 5. Document customer interactions and provide feedback to improve chat processes and customer satisfaction. 6. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to provide accurate information to customers.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Communication, or related field preferred. 2. Strong decision-making skills and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. 3. Excellent people management skills and ability to handle difficult situations with empathy and professionalism. 4. Proficiency in live chat software and customer service platforms. 5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Swedish and English. 6. Ability to work effectively in a remote work setting and manage time efficiently.
