Live Chat Representative - Remote Work

Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Live Chat Representative to join our team at Thule Group. This is a part-time remote position based in Uppsala, Uppsala Län, SE. As an Associate Level Live Chat Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through live chat interactions with our clients.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner through live chat - Provide product information, recommendations, and assistance with online purchases - Resolve customer issues and concerns with professionalism and empathy - Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to drive online sales and customer engagement - Act as a brand ambassador for Thule Group and uphold our company values in every interaction - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Continuously improve customer satisfaction and retention rates through proactive customer engagement

Requirements: - Minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service or sales support - Excellent written communication skills in English and Swedish - Ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and work independently in a remote environment - Driven and adaptable personality traits - Strong persuasion and presentation skills - Experience working with live chat software and CRM systems - High attention to detail and problem-solving skills
