Live Chat Representative - Remote Work

Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Live Chat Representative to join our team at Wrapp, a leading company in Uppsala, SE. This is a remote part-time position at the Associate Level, with a requirement of at least 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field.

Responsibilities: - Engage with customers through live chat to provide assistance and support - Answer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide information about products or services - Utilize critical thinking skills to effectively address customer needs and concerns - Negotiate with customers to reach mutually beneficial solutions - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Continuously strive to meet and exceed performance metrics and goals

Requirements: - Hardworking and driven individual with a strong work ethic - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to think critically and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment - Previous experience in customer service or a related field preferred - Proficiency in typing and navigating computer systems - Strong negotiation skills to effectively resolve customer issues - Availability to work part-time hours, including evenings and weekends as needed
