Live Chat Representative - Remote Work

Wrapp, a leading e-commerce company based in Uppsala, Sweden, is currently seeking a part-time Live Chat Representative to join our team. This position will be a remote work opportunity, allowing for flexibility and convenience for the right candidate. As an Associate Level role, we are looking for someone with at least 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide support through live chat - Assist customers with product information, order tracking, and issue resolution - Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Keep accurate records of customer interactions and follow up as needed - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers

Requirements: - Reliable and hardworking individual with excellent communication skills - Strong project management skills and ability to make quick decisions - Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with live chat software is a plus
