Account Support Assistant - Work from home

Job Description:

Tobii Technology is seeking a part-time Account Support Assistant to join our team. As an Account Support Assistant, you will work remotely from home, providing support to our account management team. This role is perfect for someone who is independent, passionate about customer service, and possesses strong adaptability and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities: - Assist account managers with daily tasks such as processing orders, responding to customer inquiries, and updating CRM systems - Prepare reports and presentations for client meetings - Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services - Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for improving customer relationships - Maintain a thorough understanding of our products and services to provide accurate information to clients - Assist with other administrative tasks as needed

Requirements: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role - Independent and self-motivated with a strong passion for customer service - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong organizational and time management skills - Ability to work well in a team and adapt to changing priorities - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software - High school diploma or equivalent, Bachelor's degree preferred
