Job Description:
Camfil is seeking a part-time Account Support Assistant to join our team on a remote basis. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role. The Account Support Assistant will play a crucial role in supporting the Account Manager in various administrative tasks and customer service responsibilities.
Responsibilities: - Provide administrative support to the Account Manager, including managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and preparing reports - Assist in maintaining client accounts, updating contact information, and processing orders - Respond to customer inquiries and provide support with product information and pricing - Assist with resolving customer issues and escalating to the appropriate team member when necessary - Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to coordinate client communications and promotions - Help to track and monitor sales performance metrics and prepare regular reports for management review - Participate in team meetings and provide feedback on customer trends and opportunities for improvement - Work closely with the Account Manager to identify new business opportunities and support in the proposal process
