Job Description:
As an Account Support Associate at Ericsson, you will be responsible for providing support to the account team in managing and servicing customer accounts. This role will involve a variety of tasks, including assisting with account management activities, preparing reports and presentations, coordinating meetings and events, and responding to customer inquiries.
Responsibilities: - Assist the account team in managing and servicing customer accounts - Prepare reports and presentations for account reviews - Coordinate meetings and events with customers and internal stakeholders - Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner - Maintain accurate records of account activities and communications - Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer needs are met - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments relevant to assigned accounts
Requirements: - Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in account management or customer support - Confident and reliable personality traits - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Ability to think innovatively and propose creative solutions - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
