Remote Account Support Associate

As a Remote Account Support Associate at Instabox, you will play a critical role in assisting our clients with their account management needs. This part-time position is perfect for individuals with a keen eye for detail and a passion for providing top-notch customer service.

Responsibilities: - Handle incoming client inquiries via email, phone, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Assist clients with account setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting - Collaborate with other team members to address client concerns and provide solutions - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions - Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance the client experience

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience - Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service or account support role - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Resourceful and reliable with a high level of emotional intelligence - Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
