Job Description - Remote Account Support Associate


Job Description:


As a Remote Account Support Associate at Tobii Technology, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and account support to clients located around the world. Your primary duties will include responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, resolving account-related issues, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction. You will also work closely with other team members to coordinate account activities and maintain accurate records.


Responsibilities: 1. Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries and issues. 2. Assist clients with account setup, billing questions, and general account maintenance tasks. 3. Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate as needed to the appropriate teams. 4. Provide product recommendations and information to clients based on their needs. 5. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to promote account growth and retention. 6. Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions. 7. Continuously improve customer service processes and procedures to enhance the overall customer experience.


Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience. 2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or account support roles. 3. Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal. 4. Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset. 5. Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote setting. 6. Resilient and hardworking personality traits. 7. Adaptability and innovation in handling various customer situations. 8. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
