Remote Account Support Associate

Job Description:

As a Remote Account Support Associate at Daniel Wellington, you will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service to our clients while also supporting our sales team. This position is part-time, and we are looking for someone at the Associate level with a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Responding to customer inquiries via email, phone, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Assisting with order processing and managing customer accounts - Providing product information and recommendations to customers - Resolving customer issues and complaints effectively - Collaborating with the sales team to support their efforts in acquiring new clients - Generating reports and maintaining accurate records of customer interactions - Staying up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies
