Account Support Associate

Job Description:

Evolution Gaming is seeking a part-time Account Support Associate to join our team in Uppsala, Sweden. As an Associate Level position, we are looking for someone with at least 2 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Providing support to key accounts, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely manner - Communicating effectively with clients to maintain strong relationships and address any concerns - Collaborating with internal teams to ensure the smooth delivery of products and services to clients - Supporting the Account Managers in developing account strategies and identifying growth opportunities - Assisting with contract renewals and negotiations - Maintaining accurate records of client interactions and transactions - Providing regular updates to the Account Managers on the status of accounts

Requirements: - Confident and adaptable personality traits - Strong teamwork and communication skills - At least 2 years of experience in a similar role - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
