Account Support Associate - Work from home

Job Description:

Saab Group is seeking a dedicated and reliable Account Support Associate to join our team on a part-time basis. This position offers the opportunity to work from home, providing flexibility and convenience for the right candidate. As an entry-level role, no prior experience is required, but we are looking for a candidate who is motivated to learn and grow within our organization.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide support to the account management team in maintaining client relationships. 2. Assist with researching industry trends and competitor analysis to support business development efforts. 3. Coordinate the preparation of client presentations and reports. 4. Help manage client accounts and ensure timely delivery of services. 5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet client needs and solve problems. 6. Contribute to the development and implementation of client strategies. 7. Attend training sessions and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.

Requirements: 1. 1 year of experience in a similar role or a related field is preferred. 2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Strong organizational and time management abilities. 4. Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications. 6. A proactive and self-motivated attitude towards work. 7. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
