Mentimeter is seeking a highly motivated Account Support Associate to join our team and work remotely from home in Uppsala, Sweden. This is a part-time entry-level position perfect for individuals who are reliable, driven, creative, and analytical.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional customer support to clients via email and phone. 2. Assist customers with troubleshooting technical issues and guide them through effectively using our platform. 3. Manage client accounts, including processing payments, updating information, and resolving account discrepancies. 4.
